We want every homeowner who reaches Kiddsdrivein Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Kiddsdrivein Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

What to Send

Email contact@kiddsdrivein.skin and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also be able to help.
